Successful lodging businesses encourage their guests to use the trails. Businesses that offer additional services (like gear rental and bike repair) attract trail users and enhances their experience. In addition, providing maps and offering advice on how trail users can avoid shepherd dogs will make their navigation on trails easier. To inform lodging businesses of these recommendations, the team developed an infographic about who the trail users are, why they come to Sibiu, how to promote the trails to tourists, and what businesses can do to make their visitors have the best experience. The team recommends that the collaborators distribute the infographic (as pictured in both languages below) to all lodging businesses near the trails in Sibiu.
